A mindful collaboration between musician & healing educator Lauren Monroe and historic Chateau Diana Winery in Sonoma's Dry Creek Valley.
Each label is directly inspired by Lauren Monroe's musical storytelling, crafted to accompany moments of celebration, reflection, and mindful connection.
The fresh flavors contain bright red fruits, with loads of berries, tangerine, raspberries, and cranberries. The wine is balanced and refreshing. The texture is fun and light, with a pleasant sweetness throughout.
The tasting notes include butterscotch, vanilla wafer, pineapple, and pear. The complex flavors are creamy and surprisingly succulent, with bright pear, red apple, and hints of apricot and melon. The texture is easy-drinking with a pleasant sweetness.
In creating the wines used in Lauren’s labels, we start by using real fermented California wine — never reconstituted grape juice or artificial flavor concentrates.
Through a state-of-the-art gentle vacuum dealcoholization process, the alcohol is extracted under low temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics, body, and naturally occurring tannins.
Why tannins matter: Tannins are essential to wine structure, mouthfeel, and longevity. Furthermore, naturally occurring grape polyphenols and tannins are celebrated for their potent antioxidant characteristics and support for healthy cardiovascular and inflammatory balance.
